Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for:

  • Providing hands-on leadership to operating teams and their supervisors;
  • Providing instruction and training for supply chain team, as well as updating procedures, technical guidelines and KPIs;
  • Ensuring that his/her team, will operate reaching productivity and quality targets and without over time and under time.
  • Making sure all safety and environmental procedures are followed and that all work areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Replace the manager when on leave or off or absent


  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant supply chain experience in fresh produce industry;
  • Degree / diploma in a science related discipline;
  • Proficient with Access, Excel, Word.


Excellent leadership skills, flexibility, strong interpersonal skills, attention to details, good communication skills and reliability.


Integrity, prepared to work for long hours, available 6 days a week.
